This applies only to customers who have purchased a crux product direct from our on-line shop. If you purchased a product through one of our dealers, then please return it to the store and they will advise you and take care of the return.

We exchange or refund all unused items with their original packaging and hangtags still attached. You will need to enclose a completed return form (download here). We strongly recommend that you return the item with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance – please note that this is at your cost. Exchange items will be sent to you free of shipping charges. If there is a difference in value between a returned and replacement item, then you will be either charged or refunded the amount. If we are unable to exchange or replace a product, then you will be refunded the full purchase value.
