You will need to give us your name and contact details, all the information about your product and request a Return Authorisation number (a form will be supplied to you). We will then advise you on what procedure to follow (as it differs from product to product). Although we receive very few returns under warranty as a rule, there are always exceptions. We generally prefer to repair a product (even though this is frequently the more expensive option for us). We seldom have to replace a product outright.
